Newly-formed Supportive Solutions, Inc. to Unify Link Between Crisis Response Professionals and Corporate Culture

Two seasoned industry professionals join forces to raise the excellence bar for crisis response services

Pittsburgh, PA and Atlanta, GA - February 23, 2005 - Supportive Solutions, Inc. (SSI) with offices in Pittsburgh and Atlanta, announces the opening of a new crisis response, training and consulting firm. Supportive Solutions is a firm that will set the standard for providing the "right response" at the "right time" to the business community at large.

Excellence in delivering crisis response to the business community requires an understanding of the culture and corporate environment. SSI will provide the unifying link between the crisis response professional and the business community to achieve the most successful outcome. Both telephone and on-site crisis support services will be provided by SSI.

"A successful crisis response is the result of more than just the actual intervention," explained Tonya Slawinski, President of SSI. "It requires a thoughtful and well-planned integration of the professional crisis consultant into the unique culture of the business community and their workforce environment. Tonya Slawinski is a quality-focused and seasoned crisis response professional with over thirty-five years of combined experience in the field. She worked extensively in the management and delivery of response services for over 200 companies simultaneously during the 9-11 attacks on America while at their previous employer.

"We at Supportive Solutions recognize that training, supervision and coordinated communication are all crucial elements in the delivery of seamless, integrated crisis services," says Slawinski.
