Welcome to Supportive Solutions’ Business Forum. We have designed this forum to allow visitors from the business community and our client companies to interact on topics of their choice related to crisis response management. You will be able to share information and interact with those in business all over the world. The limits of interaction are really just your time and interest in participating. We have set this up in a user-friendly fashion, making it easy to join in and connect with others who might be faced with similar challenges in providing crisis response or just have a specific private area where your company can discuss topics unique to your own practices! Below is a brief description of our categories:
General:· “Visitors” will participate in a visible forum (general). Anyone who visits this forum can read, respond or post topics. This is an excellent way to communicate new information, research or findings about crisis response. It is also a means of obtaining information or resources which can help your company to maximize the benefits of crisis response for your employees. You can dialogue with others and expand your connections!
SSI will also post information that we would like to share with the general business community!
Business clients: (those who are contracted with SSI)
· “SSI client companies” will participate in private, individual forums that have been set up specifically for their use. Others coming to the forum will not see the company name or topics being discussed – only identified, company members who have registered will be able to participate in that company’s forum. Client companies will only be seen by their own identified registered members. We have set our site up in this fashion so that topics specific to each client company can be introduced without others having access to the postings/discussions. You can ask questions, give feedback or engage in discussions that are useful to all!
· SSI will also post any new developments, handouts, techniques, research or development related to the field of crisis response. This is a value-added benefit that we offer just to our client companies.
For ALL Who Use the SSI Forum:
Topics that have been posted will only remain on the forum for 30 days and then will be deleted. If you are interested in feedback from others in your company, please let them know that there is a required response time.
SSI retains the right to terminate a member’s usage of this site if:
o Inappropriate language is used in a posting
o Postings are determined to be insensitive to issues of culture, race, religion or gender
o Postings are being used to discuss information not related to crisis response
o Forums are being used for any purpose other than stated above.
One of our goals at SSI is to bring information to the doorstep of the business community! Our mission is to create standards of practice that will be held up as a benchmark for the business community. We know that your time is valuable so we have organized this Forum as a “Communication Meeting Place” where you can stop in at your leisure or coordinate learning within your company.
